Waiter cum Barista – Geewin Cafe

Location: Dubai, UAEJoining: Immediate OnlyKey Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, serve gelato, and ready-to-eat food.- Deliver excellent customer service, promote products, and maximize sales.- Handle POS transactions and ensure fast, efficient service.- Maintain food safety, hygiene, product presentation, and stock control.- Minimize wastage and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.Requirements- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Waiter and/or Barista.- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Previous designations and employment experience must be verifiable.Employment Conditions- Immediate joining only, for candidates who have completed their previous employment contracts.- Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered.- Salary negotiable based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
