Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess – F&B Service to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Deliver friendly, professional and attentive food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.Take and communicate guest orders accurately, including special requests, while ensuring timely and seamless service.Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage and wine offerings to confidently assist and advise guests.Prepare, maintain and reset tables and service areas in accordance with Jumeirah service and presentation standards.Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and concerns, and ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B service role, preferably within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment.Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with an understanding of food and beverage offerings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.Well-presented, attentive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
