Exciting opportunity: Join our dynamic team at TCH Marrakech Medina!About us:As part of the dynamic Spanish hostel chain, The Central House, we believe in offering more than just a place to stay — we offer a gateway to discovering the rich culture of Marrakech. Located in the heart of the city, our hostel is a hub for exploration and connection.Your main responsibilities will include:Preparing work areas for service and restocking the bar.Taking orders.Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.Providing service across different outlets, including the bar, restaurant and terrace.Processing payments through the POS system.Complying with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations, as well as Environmental Management standards.The profile we are looking for:Minimum 1 year of experience.Basic knowledge of customer service, beverage preparation and service.Intermediate level of English.Motivated and able to work well as part of a team, with a positive attitude towards colleagues.Committed to your work.Friendly and proactive attitude.Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.Second language (French or Spanish) is a plusEvents preparation and setupKnowledge of Revo (or similar F&B POS system) is a plus.We are looking for someone for a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, in accordance with the days off established by the applicable collective agreement.How to applyAre you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with us?
