In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.In this position, you will provide attentive beverage and light food service while maintaining strong product knowledge and supporting a smooth and organized bar operation. You will create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.ResponsibilitiesPrepare mise en place and service areas according to daily operational needs and Brand StandardsMaintain strong knowledge of beverages, snacks, ingredients and recipes, providing accurate recommendationsWelcome guests, take orders and provide timely and attentive food and beverage serviceApply selling and upselling techniques based on guest preferencesCommunicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests clearly to the relevant colleaguesHandle billing and payment procedures accurately while maintaining clean, organized and well-stocked service areasSupport the team during busy periods and follow opening, closing, responsible alcohol service, company policies and Health & Safety proceduresRequirementsHigh School DiplomaPrevious experience in bar or restaurant serviceGood knowledge of beverages and basic cocktail recipesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong guest service, selling and upselling skills with a guest-focused approachGood knowledge of POS systemsStrong teamwork skills with the ability to remain calm and accurate during busy service periodsAttention to detail, commitment to quality and flexibility to work varying shiftsBenefits
