The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The Waiter/Waitress will ensure tables are clean and properly set, monitor guest needs throughout their visit, and handle payments and billing with care. Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, responding to guest requests and concerns, and following hygiene, safety, and service standards. The role also requires contributing to a clean and organized dining area and supporting colleagues during busy service periods.Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and basic food service procedures.Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Basic understanding of cooking or kitchen processes is an advantage.Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality environments preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling is beneficial.Professional appearance, punctuality, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an asset.
