Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions.Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.Serve orders efficiently while ensuring presentation and food quality standards.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.Clear and reset tables between guests.Process bills and handle various payment methods.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.Comply with food safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with team members and support a smooth service flow.Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Positive attitude and professional appearance.Strong attention to detail and customer needs.Basic math skills for handling payments.Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
