We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our coffee shop team.Waiter (Coffee Shop) – Brief Job DescriptionA Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving coffee and other menu items, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.The role includes maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, processing payments, assisting with table setup, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. The waiter should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers courteously.Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as required.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.Handle customer requests and resolve concerns promptly.Process bills and payments accurately.Follow company policies and food safety procedures.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant is required.Good customer service and communication skills.Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.Note: We will contact only candidates with relevant experience.
