Main Duties and responsibilities:Customer ServiceTo deliver our purpose and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times.To serve food and beverages to guests, according to the established standards of performance and service sequence established for the outlet.To report all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.OperationalTo maintain high standard of quality and speedy service.To provide a warm, friendly and caring welcome to all guests.To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menus.To assist the team to prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, cleaning the furniture’s and side station.Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the team leader. To ensure all the food and beverage order to recorded at the micros terminalTo be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.To serve food and beverages according to the standards established.To clear tables and removes dirty dishes to the dish area. Support food and beverage back of the house organization where needed.To complete opening and closing duties as assigned.To assist the team picking up the requisition from the storeTo maintain the assigned station, section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.To respond to any changes in the restaurant function, as dictated by the hotel.To maintain a high standard of personnel appearance and hygiene at all times.To maintain a good working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments.To attend all training sessions organized by the food and beverage management.To work accordingly with the demands of Food and beverage functions.
