PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Arada is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Brooki Bakehouse. Brooki Bakehouse is a fast-growing, bakery brand that started in Australia and has quickly gained international attention known for chunky cookies, brownies, and cakes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring pleasant dining experience, and supporting daily restaurant operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional mannerPresent menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specialsTake accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staffServe food and drinks promptly and efficientlyCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionallyPrepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glasswareClear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining areaProcess bills and handle payments accuratelyFollow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standardsWork closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth serviceREQUIREMENTS:Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and team player mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational and multitasking skillsBasic math skills for billing and paymentsFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
