In Dubai, Buffalo Wings & Rings offers a lively place for friends and families to enjoy great food, watch games, and share experiences.Role Description The Waiter / Waitress role is a full-time, on-site position based at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The Waiter / Waitress ensures tables are set, clean, and organized, and supports overall restaurant cleanliness and preparation. Daily tasks include answering guest questions, suggesting menu items and pairings, handling bills and payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver a smooth service experience. The role also involves adhering to food safety and hygiene standards and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.Knowledge of food & beverage and food service operations, including menu items and basic serving standards.Basic cooking or food preparation awareness is an advantage for understanding the menu and kitchen processes.Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.Candidates must be located in the UAE.
