The role involves taking food and beverage orders, serving guests according to established service standards, providing menu recommendations, responding to guest requests and coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth and timely service. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
