The Waiter is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders correctly. The Waiter will handle guest inquiries, manage basic billing and payment processes, and follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and service. The role also involves supporting colleagues during busy periods and contributing to a positive, efficient team environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills.Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills.Candidates should possess basic Cooking awareness or familiarity with restaurant menus and dishes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
