We are hiring an experienced Order Dispatcher and waitress for our fast-paced seafood Restaurant in Dubai.This role is very important to our daily operations, and we are looking for someone who is organized, fast, responsible, and experienced in managing delivery operations efficiently.RequirementsPrevious experience as an Order Dispatcher in a restaurant or cloud Kitchen is REQUIREDGood customer service skills and a friendly attitude.Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.Must know Dubai areas and routes very wellMust have experience with delivery platforms such as: Deliveroo & InstashopMust know how to assign orders efficiently to in-house ridersMust coordinate accurately between: Kitchen Team, Riders and Delivery appsMust ensure all orders are correct before dispatchMust follow rider movement and timingMust manage order flow during busy hoursMust have leadership personality and strong communication skillsMust know how to push the kitchen team to prepare orders on timeMust be able to handle pressure and multitaskMust have experience in serving food to customers
