The Waitress is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, and handling customer inquiries or concerns. The role also involves processing payments, following food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting other team members during peak hours. The Waitress is expected to maintain a courteous, service-oriented attitude and contribute to a positive guest experience.Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and Food Service procedures, including menu items, basic serving etiquette, and food safety practices. Speaking arabicClear and professional Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff.Basic Cooking or food preparation awareness is beneficial for understanding menu items and guest requests.Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage.Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Attention to detail, reliability, and a friendly, professional demeanor.Basic English language skills required; additional languages commonly spoken in Qatar are an asset.
