Jobly Ghana is recruiting on behalf of a reputable restaurant for a Waitress to join their team.Location: Tema Community 2Salary: GHS 1,500 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers warmly and professionally.Provide menus and assist customers with their seating.Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.Respond to customer questions and provide information about menu items.Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.Clear and clean tables promptly and maintain a neat dining area.Set tables with cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other required items.Assist with processing customer bills and payments when required.RequirementsPrevious experience as a waitress, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.Applicants residing in or around Tema Community 2 are encouraged to apply.
