You will guide guests through our food and beverage menus, anticipate what they need before they ask, and help create the kind of evening that brings people back. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes pride in service and wants to keep growing.What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly, take accurate orders and serve food and beverages with care and good timing
• Know the food and beverage menus in depth and make confident recommendations, including features and pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and keep tables immaculate throughout the meal
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so orders arrive on time, and resolve any concerns graciously
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift cash-outs
• Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking and supporting teammates at peak times
• Follow health, safety and responsible alcohol service standards on every shiftWhat You Bring
• 1+ years of restaurant serving experience; upscale or fine dining experience is an asset
• A warm, professional manner and excellent communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability and composure under pressure
• Smart Serve certification
• Ontario Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain it
