The Waitstaff team member will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide recommendations that enhance the dining experience. Daily responsibilities include taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, serving food and drinks, and ensuring tables are properly set, clean, and organized. The role involves processing payments, handling guest requests or concerns promptly, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. The team member will work closely with colleagues and management to support smooth restaurant operations and consistent, high-quality service.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests.Solid understanding of Food & Beverage offerings, including menu items, ingredients, and basic pairing suggestions.Experience in Food Service, including order taking, serving, and table maintenance in a restaurant or hospitality environment.Basic Cooking knowledge is an advantage for understanding preparation methods and answering guest questions about dishes.Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes is preferred; fine or casual dining experience is a plus.Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays safely, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional appearance aligned with company standards.Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
