The team member will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience. In coordination with the kitchen team, the role includes assisting with basic food preparation, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in food service areas. Responsibilities also involve handling payments, answering guest inquiries, and supporting smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The position requires adherence to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and restaurant service procedures throughout each shift.QualificationsStrong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming, respectful guest experience.Hands-on experience or interest in food & beverage and food service operations.Effective communication skills to interact with guests and collaborate with the kitchen and service teams.Basic cooking skills or the willingness to learn and assist with food preparation under guidance.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Attention to hygiene, food safety standards, and a clean work environment.Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is an advantage.Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
