Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for Relationship Officer located in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role involves promoting credit card & personal finance products, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Person will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about financial products and industry trends.Roles & Responsibilities:Meet with potential customers to understand their financial needs, current financial status (including income, expenses, and credit history), and long-term goals.Evaluate client creditworthiness and financial eligibility to determine their borrowing capacity and match them with appropriate products.Generate new business to meet sales targets by building relationships with customers, companies, and other referral sources.Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications.Keep up-to-date with changes in the banking industry, including market trends, interest rates, and regulations, to provide the most informed advice.Requirement:1- 2 years relevant experience in credit card sales or financial services in U.A.E or home country.An in-depth understanding of retail banking products, and U.A.E market dynamics is required.Strong selling and negotiation skills in order to achieve sales targets.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are needed to build rapport with customers and explain financial information clearly.A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
