The role combines fraud detection, risk assessment and document verification.Skills Required1-6 years of overall experience with a minimum of 1year relevant experience in Fraud OperationsExceptional communication skillsBasic knowledge of cybersecurity and networkFamiliarity with fraud typologies (ATO, abuse, synthetic identities, etc.)Hands-on experience in ExcelStrong problem-solving skills and judgement in ambiguous scenariosResponsibilitiesReview Identify verification requests, documents and supporting evidence enabling secure identity validation in line with the set policies and proceduresInvestigate suspicious accounts, identify thefts attempts, impersonations and fraudulent onboarding activitiesAnalyze risk indicators, fraud signals and patterns if anyPerform coordination of IV issuance and validation processes, ensuring proper handling of requests, alignment with fraud controls, and resolution of customer impacting issues.Identify and escalate high risk cases in line with the escalation protocols and policy exceptionsHandle customer escalations and review sensitive casesEducation: Bachelor's degree
