Walmart Account Services Manager - One Jeanswear Group

Our client, a wholesale apparel company is looking for a Walmart Account Services Manager to join the team!

Responsibilities

Partners with accounts, sales, distribution and finance and all functional areas to ensure the order file is accurate and deadlines are adhered to.Monitor inbound freight to ensure timely shipping of orders and avoid potential shortfall to budget projectionsIdentify, evaluate, and swiftly resolve order issues prior to, during, and after shipping.Develop and implement process improvements leading to more efficient order processing and tracking.Work closely with Operations Support, MIS (Management of Information Systems), and Warehouse management to ensure customer requirements are met.Communication with external customers and or third party vendors.Exceed customer expectations through continual training and coaching of staff.Support peers and superiors with projects.Promotes career growth & development by cross-training.Employee coaching & counselling.

Requirements
