Leveraging advanced energy-saving technologies and intelligent products, MISAC provides efficient, low-carbon HVAC solutions for the local market, which are widely applied across various fields including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large-scale public facilities.Job SummaryThis position is to coordinate warehousing and logistics operations across procurement, sales, and production teams, sourcing and managing suppliers for goods receiving, outbound, and in-warehouse activities, and developing SOPs to standardize warehouse operations. The role also oversees transportation and delivery coordination, tracking shipment progress and resolving issues such as delays, damage, or loss to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Successful candidates will offer a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work well under a demanding pace, by partnering closely with the Sales, Production, and Procurement teams as well as external warehousing and transportation suppliers.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesLiaise with procurement, sales, production and customer teams to synchronize logistics and warehousing needs, and source suitable suppliers to ensure smooth goods inbound and outbound.Manage warehousing suppliers and operations, including receiving, outbound, and in-warehouse processes, from sourcing through execution.Formulate and improve warehousing and logistics SOPs, and supervise suppliers to standardize their work.Ensure product quality and consistency between physical inventory and system records, and analyze indicators like inventory turnover and logistics efficiency to drive optimization.Coordinate transportation with courier and logistics providers, track delivery progress, and resolve abnormalities such as delays, damage, or loss.Coordinate order dispatch and picking with sales and factory/warehouse teams, and arrange delivery with transporters and customers.Maintain delivery records and inventory checks, process transporter invoices, and manage the transporter base for long-term reliability.Required QualificationsCollege degree or above (preferably Bachelor's) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of relevant warehouse and logistics management experience; e-commerce or manufacturing warehousing experience preferred.Solid grounding in warehouse and logistics fundamentals, including storage, sorting, packaging, transportation, and customs clearance.Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong analytical skills in logistics cost accounting and inventory analysis, with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements.Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under a demanding pace as part of a team.DisclaimerThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities.
