About TrustWorks ManufacturingTrustWorks Manufacturing is a growing dietary supplement manufacturer specializing in gummies, capsules, softgels, tinctures, and packaged supplement products. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Office Assistant to support our warehouse, administrative, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control operations.This is a hands-on position that includes both warehouse work and computer-based administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, following written procedures, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep daily operations organized.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse and InventoryReceive incoming ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.Verify received materials against purchase orders and packing slips.Inspect incoming shipments for damage, incorrect quantities, or missing documentation.Label and organize ingredients and materials using lot numbers and inventory identification.Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Organize warehouse shelves, pallets, production materials, and finished goods.Prepare materials for production based on work orders and production schedules.Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.Maintain clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and storage areas.Follow material-handling, allergen-control, and warehouse procedures.Quality Assurance and Quality ControlReview incoming materials for required documentation, including Certificates of Analysis and specification sheets.Confirm lot numbers, expiration dates, quantities, and material condition.Help maintain ingredient, packaging, and finished-product records.Assist with organizing batch production records, testing documents, logs, and quality files.Check that production and warehouse forms are completed correctly and legibly.Assist with line-clearance checks and pre-production inspections.Help verify product labels, packaging components, lot codes, and expiration dates.Report damaged, expired, mislabeled, or nonconforming materials to management.Assist with material quarantine, release, and status labeling.Support internal inspections, GMP preparation, and audit readiness.Follow company SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene requirements, and safety procedures.This position supports the Quality Department but does not independently approve or release materials or finished products unless specifically trained and authorized.Office and Administrative SupportEnter inventory, production, purchasing, and project information into company systems.Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic documents.Maintain organized digital and physical files.Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, shipping documents, and internal forms.Assist with purchase orders, receiving records, work orders, and customer project documentation.Communicate with vendors regarding missing documents, shipment information, and order status.Assist management with general administrative and operational tasks.Help track deadlines, pending documents, material arrivals, and production requirements.Answer emails and communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and customers when required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous warehouse, manufacturing, administrative, inventory, or quality-control experience preferred.Experience in dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud-based business systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors.Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and company procedures.Good organizational and time-management skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable performing both physical warehouse duties and computer-based office work.Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding customer formulas, pricing, and company information.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.Ability to lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to work around production equipment, ingredients, packaging materials, and warehouse activity.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including hairnets, gloves, beard covers, safety shoes, and protective clothing when applicable.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
