Warehouse & Operations Associate

Are You Am I is a Los Angeles-based womenswear brand focused on timeless, intentional design. All pieces are designed and produced locally in small batches.We are currently rebuilding and expanding our team following a recent disruption to operations, and are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Associate to support day-to-day fulfillment and inventory management.This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment.ResponsibilitiesManage daily order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shippingProcess returns and exchanges efficiently and accuratelyReceive and log incoming inventoryMaintain accurate inventory levels within ShopifyConduct routine inventory counts and assist with reconciliationPerform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing productsSupport general warehouse organization and operationsRequirementsPrevious experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting, packing)Familiarity with Shopify and/or ShipStation is a plusDetailsFull-time, Downtown Los AngelesHourly role
