KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse OperationsManage inbound – outbound – inventory by codesOptimize warehouse layout for space & accessEnsure accurate and timely material issuanceCoordinate with related departments for stock releaseGenerate regular inventory reports & resolve variancesPacking ManagementDevelop packing SOPs by product lineSupervise packing to prevent damage or defectsCheck packing supplies: foam, pallets, crates...Ensure proper labeling and project markingDefine packing KPIs, monitor errors, improve processCoordinate with Export/Logistics for shipping schedulesPacking Material Forecasting & Risk ControlTrack packing material usage by production stagesPropose timely replenishment to avoid shortagesAnticipate risks during peak delivery periodsTeam Management & Process ImprovementLead, train, and evaluate warehouse & packing staffEnsure safety and efficiency of material handlingPropose layout & process improvements for cost/time/error reductionII. JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a materials, manufacturing, mechanical or export environmentUnderstand warehouse management and packaging of large technical productsOrganizational, coordination, problem solving and process improvement skillsKnow how to use ERP, MS Excel, warehouse and transportation management softwareHigh sense of responsibility, meticulous, good control of details
