Rooted in the heart of this land, Nova® continues to set the benchmark for hydration and brand excellence in Saudi Arabia.Job PurposeTo direct and optimize the daily operations of the technical store, ensuring seamless spare parts availability, high inventory accuracy, and efficient logistics to support manufacturing plant reliability (specifically within the Food & Beverage and Water Bottling sectors). This role is responsible for maintaining strict inventory controls through SAP S/4HANA, driving 5S and TPM standards, and ensuring full adherence to QHSE, EHS, and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the Technical Store, ensuring efficient manpower utilization, logistics coordination, 5S implementation, and TPM practices.Ensure the Technical Store consistently achieves its service level targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the proper storage, preservation, identification, and traceability of all technical spare parts and maintenance materials.Review and maintain technical spare parts inventory by regularly monitoring stock levels, consumption trends, critical spare parts, and inventory accuracy.Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, review reorder points with the Maintenance team, and raise purchase requisitions for technical spare parts based on approved requirements and stock replenishment needs. Purchase Orders remain the responsibility of the Procurement Department.Receive technical spare parts and materials by verifying quantities and physical condition against purchase orders and delivery documents, coordinating technical inspection with the Maintenance team, and completing system receipt transactions after formal acceptance.Ensure spare parts are correctly coded in the ERP system and prevent the creation of duplicate material codes.Ensure spare parts are issued only against approved material requests or authorized maintenance work orders, with all transactions accurately recorded in the system.Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Review inventory performance to identify non-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete spare parts, and recommend appropriate optimization and disposal actions.Maintain effective control of common tools, ensuring their availability, accountability, and proper utilization.Ensure accurate stock availability through regular physical verification and continuous monitoring of inventory levels.Comply with the Company's Change Management procedures related to spare parts, inventory records, and technical documentation.Ensure compliance with all applicable Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements, operational controls, and mandatory regulatory standards while promoting a safe and organized working environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or a relevant technical field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a technical spare parts store/warehouse, preferably within food manufacturing, consumer goods (FMCG), or a similar industrial sector.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical spare parts, inventory control, and store management best practices.Systems & Software: Solid proficiency in computerized inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and electronic invoicing.Financial & Administrative Acumen: Good foundational knowledge of basic inventory accounting principles, billing, and stock reconciliation.EHS & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies, hazardous materials handling, biological risk prevention, and fire/explosion hazard protocols.Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of local safety, efficiency, and environmental rules, as well as community standards where the organization operates.Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience operating Food & Beverage manufacturing equipment, with a strong preference for Water Bottling machinery and production lines.ERP Systems: Working knowledge and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA for inventory, maintenance, or operational workflows.Preferred Certifications Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).Professional certifications in SAP S/4HANA (Materials Management / Plant Maintenance modules).OSHA / NEBOSH certification or local EHS/SHE equivalentJob Location:Nova's factory in Sa'd's Migration.
