We value organized professionals who combine accuracy, operational awareness, and strong coordination skills.The RoleWe are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant / Store Assistant / Logistics Assistant to support warehouse administration, inventory tracking, store records, logistics coordination, and distribution activities. You will help maintain accurate stock information, coordinate movement and delivery records, monitor operational requirements, and support communication between warehouse, logistics, procurement, and fulfillment teams.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, distribution, and supply chain workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with warehouse, store, inventory, logistics, and distribution administration.Maintain accurate stock records, item information, warehouse databases, inventory trackers, and operational documents.Monitor incoming and outgoing stock, transfers, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and inventory movements.Verify product codes, SKUs, quantities, storage locations, delivery information, and transaction records.Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics providers, suppliers, procurement, fulfillment, and internal operations teams.Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, variance tracking, and inventory record updates.Monitor delivery schedules, dispatch requirements, shipment status, and outstanding logistics activities.Prepare and maintain receiving records, dispatch documents, delivery notes, stock movement records, and supporting documentation.Follow up on stock discrepancies, delayed deliveries, missing items, damaged goods, and other routine operational issues.Update ERP, WMS, inventory systems, spreadsheets, and internal trackers with accurate information.Prepare inventory summaries, warehouse reports, stock updates, logistics trackers, and routine operational reports.Assist with coordinating replenishment requirements, stock transfers, order fulfillment, and distribution activities.Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy, warehouse administration, logistics visibility, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics, store operations, distribution, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, inventory movements, logistics coordination, and distribution workflows.Familiarity with ERP, WMS, inventory management systems, spreadsheets, barcode systems, and digital collaboration tools.Excellent attention to detail when handling stock quantities, SKUs, product information, locations, and logistics records.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify routine stock discrepancies and data inconsistencies.Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective cross-functional coordination abilities.Strong data-entry and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.Reliable, methodical, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and warehouse, store, and logistics responsibilities.Exposure to warehouse administration, inventory management, logistics operations, distribution, and supply chain systems.Opportunities to strengthen inventory control, warehouse coordination, logistics administration, and operational support skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in warehouse and logistics process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on stock accuracy, efficient coordination, operational visibility, and continuous improvement.
