Our work helps organizations keep stock information accurate, coordinate movement of goods, and maintain efficient day-to-day operational processes.The RoleWe are seeking candidates with experience in warehouse operations, store administration, inventory support, or logistics. The role involves maintaining stock records, coordinating receiving and dispatch information, tracking deliveries, organizing documentation, and supporting communication between warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily warehouse, store, inventory, and logistics activities.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, goods received, transfers, and dispatches.Assist with recording incoming goods and verifying quantities against relevant documents.Monitor stock movements and update inventory information in internal systems.Prepare and maintain delivery notes, stock records, inventory reports, and operational documents.Track deliveries, dispatches, transfers, and outstanding logistics requirements.Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, warehouse teams, and internal departments.Follow up on delayed deliveries, missing items, stock discrepancies, and incomplete documentation.Assist with inventory counts and routine stock reconciliation activities.Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies when identified.Maintain organized digital records of warehouse and logistics activities.Update ERP, inventory, warehouse management, and spreadsheet systems.Prepare regular stock, warehouse, and logistics summaries for management review.RequirementsBachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred.Experience in warehouse administration, store operations, inventory coordination, or logistics support.Basic understanding of stock control, receiving, dispatch, inventory records, and delivery processes.Strong organizational and follow-up skills with good attention to detail.Comfortable using spreadsheets, ERP systems, inventory systems, and digital documentation tools.Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.Ability to manage operational tasks independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFully remote part-time work within the UAE.Flexible hours designed to accommodate professional and personal schedules.Opportunity to support warehouse, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.Exposure to stock control, warehouse administration, delivery coordination, and operational reporting.Collaborative remote working environment with flexible project assignments.
