Our mission is to provide businesses with the tools to automate their physical operations and run them virtually on autopilot.We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory management, equipment processing, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on,adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on timeMaintain daily shipping manifests and coordinate carrier pickupsManage and prepare Amazon FBA shipmentsDirect daily pick/pack workflow and assist with special projectsTrack and maintain inventory using Acumatica and other warehouse systemsAssist with receiving, sorting, staging, counting, and organizing inventoryTest electronic equipment, perform basic repairs, and electronically wipe storage devicesAssist with pallet movement, shrink-wrapping, repackaging, and other warehouse projectsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform other warehouse duties as assignedRequirementsBackground and Qualifications:Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferredExperience with electronic equipment testing is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and learn new systems quicklyBasic computer skills; experience troubleshooting hardware is a plusExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work overtime as neededAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Items over 50 lbs. will be moved with assistance or appropriate equipmentPhysical RequirementsThis position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and sitting for extended periods. Employees may use pallet jacks, scales, shrink-wrapping equipment, and basic hand tools.
