Our team is collaborative, results-oriented, and proud to create products that drivers trust every day.Job SummaryReporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, a clean and organized warehouse, and a safe, efficient work environment as TuxMat continues to grow.CompensationHourly rate: $21.75 per hourKey Responsibilities• Receive and unload inventory, verify shipments against invoices and inspect items for damage/defects.• Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate proper documentation.• Prepare orders for dispatch, including palletizing, wrapping, and loading shipments.• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders and maintain inventory records.• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to support accurate stock levels.• Operate pallet jacks and pump trucks safely to move materials.• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe by following proper safety procedures and guidelines.• Communicate and collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.• Ability to lift 20–25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. as needed.• Experience with manual picking and order fulfillment.• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand tools.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with attention to detail.• Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills.
