It produces practically all the components necessary to its watch companies.Job DescriptionAs a Warehouse Associate, you will report to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager and be responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will contribute to the overall success of the business by ensuring accurate and timely processing of inventory while embodying the Company's core values of Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Teamwork, Integrity, Problem-Solving, and Accountability.Starting base pay of $21.00 – $24.50 per hour.Responsibilities Include:Receiving & Inventory ManagementReceive products from suppliers, retail locations, service centers, and internal departmentsVerify received merchandise against shipping documents to ensure accuracy in product and quantitiesReport discrepancies and make required documentation adjustments, notifying the supervisor of any issuesAccurately store inventory in designated warehouse locationsAssist with annual physical inventories, cycle counts, and ongoing inventory control activitiesOrder Fulfillment & ShippingPick and prepare customer and store orders according to daily pick lists and shipping requirementsMeet or exceed daily productivity and shipment targets while maintaining accuracy standardsEnsure all orders are verified by another team member prior to packing and shipmentScan products accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systemsProcess outgoing shipments using approved shipping and freight systems while verifying delivery informationSubmit required productivity reports and maintain accurate records of all warehouse activitiesOperationsMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiencyMonitor inventory of shipping and packaging supplies and request replenishment as neededAssist other warehouse associates and departments to support business needs and order fulfillment requirementsRespond promptly to customer, store, and internal stakeholder requests and concernsFollow all operational policies, procedures, and company standardsCompliance & SafetyUphold workplace health and safety standards at all timesReport injuries, hazards, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediatelyOperate warehouse equipment and tools in accordance with company policies and training requirementsEnsure compliance with company inventory control and loss prevention proceduresWorking Conditions:Work is performed in a warehouse environment and requires frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling products throughout the shift. The position requires the ability to regularly lift and move merchandise and materials weighing up to 35 lbs independently and heavier items with appropriate assistance.
