We handle design, production, logistics, e-commerce, and fulfillment for touring artists and brands. Our Santa Ana warehouse is where it all comes together: product arrives from production, ships out to tours and customers, and comes back in when the run is over. Every unit has to be accounted for.The RoleWe're looking for a Warehouse Associate to own receiving and inventory accuracy. You'll count, verify, and record every unit that comes in or goes out of our building, and you'll do it fast. When a tour needs to ship tomorrow or a return lands on a Monday, the count has to be right and done on time. This role is for someone who works quickly without cutting corners. If you love music and want to be on the team behind the merch table, this is your way in.What You'll Do- Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities, SKUs, sizes, and styles against purchase orders and packing lists- Count and prepare outbound shipments for tours, events, and clients, and confirm every carton before it leaves- Receive and reconcile returned tour inventory, and document overages, shortages, and damaged goods- Enter receipts and inventory movements accurately in our inventory system- Perform cycle counts and full physical counts- Flag discrepancies right away and help track down the cause- Keep bin locations, labels, and storage organized so inventory is always findable- Support general warehouse operations as neededWhat We're Looking For- Fast and accurate. You can move through high-volume counts quickly without sacrificing precision.- Strong with numbers and comfortable doing counts and basic math all day- Performs well under deadlines and in fast-paced, high-volume periods- Passionate about music and live entertainment- Tour merch experience is a big plus: selling on the road, counting in/out, or doing settlements- Warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person who's eager to learn- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and inventory or ERP software- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsWhy Absolute Merch- You'll work behind the scenes in music and live entertainment- You'll join a tight-knit team where your work has a visible impact- There's room to grow as our operation scales- Pay based on experience and demonstrated accuracy and speedTo ApplySubmit your resume and tell us about you!
