Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Special OrdersLocation: Tenovi Co - 2540 Orange Ave, Ste A, Santa Ana CA 92707Schedule: Full-time 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Special Orders team in the Fulfillment Department. This role is responsible for accurately processing outbound orders to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations in addition to maintaining an organized work area. The ideal candidate has prior order fulfillment experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:Process outbound shipments within the company internal portalAccurately scan labels into portal to record inventory details prior to shippingPlace orders in appropriate packaging cartons to prep for outbound shippingProcess shipments through relevant shipping program and record tracking within internal portalEnsure accurate SKU’s are shipped according to order requestMaintain accurate inventory levels in designated Special Order departmentFollow safety procedures and company policies at all timesWork collaboratively with warehouse and inventory teams to meet daily goalsQualifications & Requirements:Prior experience working in order fulfillment or similar warehouse roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic to intermediate computer skills (scanning systems, inventory software, data entry)Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethicAbility to work well in a team environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiativeAbility to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as requiredPreferred Skills:Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)Familiarity with inventory control Experience with handheld scannersExperience using shipping systemsWhy Join Us:Stable work environmentHealth Insurance coverage, 401KSupportive, team-focused cultureOpportunities for company growth
