Role Description:The Warehouse Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations for medical products. This role includes monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The Warehouse Controller will collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to reconcile stock, support order fulfillment, and optimize warehouse layout and workflows. The role also involves preparing reports, identifying process improvements, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting audits and inspections.Experience: minimum 3 years in a medical supplies warehouseQualifications:Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track inventory accuracy, interpret data, and identify operational issues.Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to support stock valuation, reconciliation, and coordination with accounting on inventory movements.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners and to document processes clearly.Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to manage inbound and outbound flows, support demand planning, and ensure timely deliveries.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse activities, improve efficiency, and uphold safety and compliance standards.Relevant experience in warehouse or inventory control, preferably in healthcare or medical devices, is beneficial.Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and basic MS Office tools is preferred.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage physical warehouse tasks, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
