As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to help ensure our supply chain operations run efficiently and seamlessly.Position OverviewThe Warehouse Operations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Blue Generation and our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partner in Passaic, NJ. This highly visible role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, solving logistics challenges, and ensuring customer requirements are executed accurately and on time.This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse and logistics experience who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership, and working cross-functionally to keep operations moving.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & 3PL OperationsAct as the primary point of contact between Blue Generation and our 3PL warehouse partnerMonitor daily warehouse activities to ensure operational performance and service standards are metCoordinate inbound container receipts, inventory replenishment, and product flowConduct regular on-site visits to the Passaic, NJ warehouse facilityCollaborate with warehouse leadership to resolve operational issues and improve processesLogistics & Transportation ManagementManage relationships with LTL carriers and transportation providersNegotiate freight rates and monitor carrier performanceResolve shipment issues including delays, damages, routing errors, and service failuresEnsure orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectivelyMake informed packaging and shipping decisions based on product requirements and customer expectationsCustomer & Order FulfillmentManage customer-specific shipping requirements, including:Routing guidesLabeling requirementsPackaging specificationsAppointment schedulingCompliance standardsPartner with Customer Service and Production teams to ensure flawless order executionMonitor shipment status and proactively address potential service issuesTrade Show & Event LogisticsCoordinate shipping and logistics for trade shows and eventsManage the transportation, tracking, and return of display booths and sample productsEnsure materials arrive on schedule and in good conditionSystems & Process ManagementUtilize SAP and other systems to manage orders, inventory visibility, and shipment trackingMaintain accurate operational records and reportingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levelsQualificationsRequiredHands-on experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shippingExperience working with freight carriers, transportation logistics, and shipment coordinationKnowledge of LTL shipping and carrier managementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFluent in SpanishComfortable learning and working within ERP systemsPreferredExperience coordinating with or managing a 3PL warehouse partnerSAP experienceWholesale distribution or apparel industry experienceKnowledge of inventory management and supply chain operationsWhy Join Blue Generation?Stable, fourth-generation family-owned businessHigh-impact role with visibility across the organizationOpportunity to influence operational efficiency and service excellenceCollaborative and team-oriented environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageIf you're a hands-on operations professional who enjoys solving logistics challenges, building strong business relationships, and keeping supply chains running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.Compensation: $60k-$75kAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
