قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Executive – Warehouse Operations will be responsible for virtually monitoring the day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses through ERP/WMS systems, operational dashboards, and MIS reports. The role involves identifying process deviations, inventory variances, and operational gaps by conducting detailed system analysis and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and be comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve reporting, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational MonitoringMonitor daily warehouse operations remotely through ERP/WMS and operational dashboards.Track inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement activities.Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).Highlight operational exceptions and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.System & Process AnalysisPerform detailed analysis of ERP/WMS transactions to identify process deviations and data inconsistencies.Investigate inventory discrepancies, delayed transactions, and operational exceptions.Verify system transactions against process compliance and supporting records.Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.MIS & Data AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Analyze operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and charts.Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting.Provide data-driven insights to improve warehouse performance.AI & Process ImprovementUse AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve reporting, summarize operational data, and identify trends.Support automation of recurring reports and operational analysis.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using digital and AI-enabled solutions.Inventory & ComplianceMonitor inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and process controls.Support internal audits, stock reconciliation, and compliance reviews.Maintain proper documentation and records.CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse teams for clarification and timely resolution of operational issues.Follow up on corrective actions and track closure.Support implementation of new operational processes and system enhancements.Required SkillsGood understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, charts, basic Power Query preferred).Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Educational QualificationGraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.Certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Advanced Excel, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.Experience2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.Experience in ERP/WMS environments and multi-location warehouse operations is preferred.Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, retail, or 3PL warehouse operations will be an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely and accurate MIS reportingInventory accuracyNumber of operational deviations identifiedSLA and SOP complianceTimely closure of assigned action itemsDashboard accuracyData quality and reporting accuracyProcess improvement suggestions implementedDesired CompetenciesAnalytical thinkingAttention to detailProcess orientationLearning agilityTeamwork and collaborationAccountabilityEffective communicationAdaptability to digital and AI-based tools
