Warehouse Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities: ** Should have worked in retail ( Preferred in Apparel / Footwear / KIDS ) - Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. - Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching - Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. - Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. - Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. - Maintain timekeeping and personnel records- Prepare and submit performance reportsRequirements and skills - Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. - Time management skills and the ability to delegate.- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry softwareWrite to us with your resume at hello@whizzhr.comRegards,Sairose
