Apply & track with Apply EdgeNordic Catch is looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly accurate Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to pull and pack orders at our North Hollywood facility.This is not a basic pick-and-pack position. We carry a large and constantly evolving catalog of premium seafood, meats, and specialty products. The right person must learn the catalog thoroughly, recognize important differences between similar products, and develop the judgment needed to pack perishable orders correctly and efficiently.Every order is packed in-house and shipped directly to our customers. Accuracy matters at every step.ResponsibilitiesPull products accurately according to packing slipsVerify product type, quantity, size, and condition before packingLearn and confidently identify our full product catalogSelect the correct shipping box based on the order’s size, weight, and contentsDetermine the appropriate amount and type of coolant based on destination, transit time, weather, and whether products are fresh or frozenPack orders securely to maintain temperature and prevent damage during transitComplete required quality-control checks before an order leaves the warehouseRecognize and flag missing, damaged, mislabeled, or questionable productsKeep products, supplies, and workstations clean and organizedRestock packing materials and maintain an efficient workflowWork quickly while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracyAssist with receiving, inventory organization, and other warehouse duties as neededWhat We’re Looking ForExtremely detail-oriented and accurateQuick learner with strong product recallAble to notice small differences and inconsistenciesStrong practical judgment and spatial awarenessAble to look at an order and quickly determine the best way to pack itComfortable making routine packing decisions without constant supervisionOrganized, dependable, and able to follow established proceduresAble to maintain speed without taking shortcutsWilling to take ownership of mistakes and learn from themComfortable working around refrigerated and frozen productsPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, food-handling, or perishable-shipping experience is preferredPhysical RequirementsRemain on your feet and moving throughout the workdayRegularly bend, reach, lift, carry, and move products and shipping suppliesLift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationWork in refrigerated and freezer environments for periods of timeSafely handle insulated packaging, ice packs, and dry ice after trainingWhat Success Looks LikeA successful person in this role does more than match products to a packing slip. They learn the catalog, anticipate potential issues, choose the right packaging without wasting space or materials, and understand that small packing decisions can determine whether a perishable order arrives in perfect condition.We are looking for someone who takes accuracy personally, works with urgency, and becomes more capable and independent over time.
