Role - Warehouse in chargeSalary - upto 3500+ Food, OT, Accommodation, InsuranceKey ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Supervise the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet operational requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.Monitor stock movements, transfers, and adjustments.Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.Team SupervisionGuide and supervise storekeepers and warehouse assistants.Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.Train team members on warehouse processes and best practices.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), delivery notes, issue vouchers, and stock reports.Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams regarding material availability.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with warehouse health and safety regulations.Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and storage areas.Promote safe material handling practices.Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptly.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior storekeeping role.Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or trading environments is preferred.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar is an advantage.
