If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build systems from scratch and make a tangible impact daily, FLAUNT is where you belong.Role OverviewWe are hiring Warehouse Managers for our Karachi facilities to take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations — from inbound receiving and storage to order fulfillment and dispatch. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, warehouse safety, and leading the on-ground warehouse team, while working closely with procurement, sales, and logistics to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations● Inbound & Outbound Management: Oversee receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.● Space & Layout Planning: Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency and minimize handling time.● Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Ensure warehouse equipment, racking, and facilities are well-maintained and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.Inventory Management● Stock Accuracy: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in the ERP/inventory system, minimizing discrepancies between system and physical stock.● Cycle Counts & Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits, reconciling variances promptly.● Ageing & Obsolescence: Monitor slow-moving, ageing, and obsolete stock, and recommend corrective action to reduce holding costs.Team Supervision● Team Management: Supervise and schedule warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, and helpers), ensuring adequate coverage across shifts.● Performance & Discipline: Set clear productivity targets for the team, monitor performance, and enforce warehouse safety and conduct standards.● Training: Train new warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and equipment handling.Safety & Compliance● Health & Safety: Enforce warehouse health and safety standards, ensuring safe handling and storage practices at all times.● SOP Adherence: Implement and maintain SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, ensuring consistent compliance across the facility.● Security: Maintain warehouse security, including access control and loss-prevention measures.Cross-Functional Coordination● Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with procurement on inbound shipment schedules and stock replenishment.● Sales & Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to plan dispatches and meet delivery timelines.● Reporting: Prepare regular warehouse performance reports (stock levels, order fulfillment rates, discrepancies) for management review.Candidate Qualifications● Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.● Experience: 2 - 4 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, including experience supervising a warehouse team (FMCG/consumer goods environment preferred).Technical & Analytical Competencies:● Working knowledge of inventory/warehouse management software or ERP systems.● Proficiency in MS Excel for stock reporting and reconciliation.● Understanding of warehousing best practices, including FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and safety standards.Soft Skills & Attributes:● Strong leadership and people-management skills to run a hands-on warehouse team.● High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over inventory accuracy.● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under operational pressure.● Willingness to work on-site and manage shift-based warehouse operations.Benefits & What We Offer● Competitive Compensation: Salary range of PKR 60,000 – 100,000 / month (depending upon experience).● Hands-On Ownership: Full ownership of warehouse operations, with the ability to shape processes and SOPs from the ground up.● Core Team Impact: Direct interaction with senior management as a key link in the company's supply chain.● Career Growth: Fast-track career growth in a rapidly expanding consumer goods company.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply by sending their updated CV to hr@flaunt.pk with the subject line "Application – Warehouse Incharge".
