Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize warehouse operations in accordance with approved policies and procedures.Receive materials, spare parts, and equipment and verify quantities and specifications against relevant documents.Record and monitor inventory movements, including receiving, issuing, and returns.Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure appropriate storage of materials.Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.Prepare and maintain inventory-related documents and reports.Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill operational requirements.Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and occupational health procedures.Qualifications & Requirements:Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.Experience in the heavy equipment, cranes, or spare parts industry is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.Strong organizational, accuracy, and follow-up skills.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
