Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager FOR OUR CLIENT IN ABU DHABI to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in the PPE industry. The ideal candidate will bringstrong leadership, hands-on inventory expertise, and SAP system proficiency to ensure efficientstorage, handling, dispatch, and compliance of PPE products (safety equipment, protective gear,etc.).Key Responsibilities• Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage,picking, packing, and dispatch of PPE materials.• Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, andreconciliation using SAP.• Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with sales, procurement, and logisticsteams to meet delivery timelines.• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders) tomaintain productivity and discipline.• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, especially critical given the PPEproduct handling environment.• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient material flow.• Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labor, storage, and transportationexpenses.• Maintain compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.• Handle vendor and transporter coordination for inbound/outbound logistics.• Prepare and present MIS reports, KPIs, and inventory dashboards to management.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean warehousing, process automation).• Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively.• Ensure proper documentation for GRN, dispatch, returns, and stock transfers withinSAP.
