Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose:To manage and control all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, accurate handling of inbound and outbound activities, operational discipline, space utilization, and readiness to support daily operations and peak seasons.Job Responsibilities:Full ownership of warehouse daily operations.Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.Ensure proper storage, layout, and space utilization.Enforce warehouse procedures, safety, and discipline.Supervise warehouse supervisors and operational staff.Coordinate with Inventory Manager on stock accuracy and movements.Coordinate with Dispatch & Receiving Supervisor on inbound and outbound flow.Ensure warehouse readiness during peak periods and campaigns.Monitor warehouse productivity and operational performance.Report operational risks, delays, or capacity issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.5–7 years experience in warehouse operations.Proven experience managing warehouse teams.Strong understanding of warehouse processes and controls.ERP system experience (SAP / Odoo or similar).Ability to manage high-volume operations under pressure.
