Job SummaryWe are hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical warehousing operations, including Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), domestic distribution, and export activities. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company SOPs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to drive operational excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and effective inventory controls.Maintain FEFO/FIFO compliance and inventory traceability.Drive warehouse automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor warehouse KPIs and optimize capacity, storage utilization, and layouts.Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GSP, and other regulatory requirements.Manage quarantine, returned, damaged, and expired inventory.Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams while managing performance and shifts.Maintain warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and equipment reliability.Ensure timely order fulfillment for domestic and export operations.Key RequirementsMBA or equivalent qualification.6-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing and logistics.Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, GSP, pharmaceutical inventory management, FEFO/FIFO principles, and regulatory compliance.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse operations, and data analysis.Understanding of cold chain management and product traceability requirements.Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and ensure operational efficiency in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
