We foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, packaging optimization, and timely dispatch of customer orders while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and courier aggregators, along with strong leadership and process improvement capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.Ensure all customer orders are processed and dispatched within defined SLAs.Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.Optimize warehouse workflows, storage utilization, and packaging manpower to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.Coordinate with logistics partners and courier service providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and improve fulfillment efficiency.Monitor key warehouse KPIs, including order accuracy, dispatch timelines, productivity, and inventory variance.Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with Shopify order management.Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar platforms.Familiarity with courier platforms such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other logistics aggregators.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.Proven ability to optimize warehouse productivity and packaging manpower.Experience coordinating with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce environment.Experience managing high-volume order processing and dispatch operations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time order dispatch as per SLAOrder accuracy and fulfillment rateInventory accuracyPackaging productivity and manpower utilizationCourier performance and dispatch efficiencyWarehouse process improvementsOperational cost optimizationCustomer order turnaround timeWhy Join Rosier Foods?Opportunity to work with a fast-growing FMCG and D2C brand.Collaborative and performance-driven work culture.Exposure to modern warehouse technologies and e-commerce operations.Career growth opportunities in supply chain and operations.Dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
