You'll run a high-volume FMCG warehouse under real pressure — inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy — leading a team that needs decisive, hands-on direction. Peak harvest season brings long hours and weekend work. If you need a 9-to-5, this isn't it.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, outbound, and inventory accuracyRun FIFO/FEFO/JIT inventory control with a zero-tolerance standard for stock varianceLead and hold the warehouse team accountable — set KPIs, track them, and report weeklyCoordinate daily with procurement, production, logistics, and quality to prevent delaysEnforce food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards consistentlyMaintain and audit SOPs; track inventory in real time via SAPRequired SkillsMinimum 8 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG (food sector preferred)Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, time-sensitive operationsWorking knowledge of SAP and WMSAvailable for extended hours and weekends during peak seasonA Strong PlusAbility to command the floor through presence and results, not titleCompensation Competitive, based on experienceTo Apply Send your CV to careers@albarakahdatesfactory.com with the subject line: "Warehouse Manager Application"
