Pay: 5,000.00 (AED) - 6,000.00 (AED) per monthJob description:Company: uPay Payment Services LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per monthABOUT THE ROLEuPay Payment Services LLC is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise all the warehouse departments. The role involves managing inventory, equipment, and warehouse activities while ensuring that all the teams in the warehouse complete their assigned tasks such as installations, repairs, deliveries, painting, and maintenance on time.The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and comfortable following up continuously rather than simply waiting for updates.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock, machines, equipment, tools, and spare parts.- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements, issues, and returns are properly documented.- Supervise the team, assign daily tasks, and closely monitor progress and completion.- Ensure installations, repairs, maintenance, deliveries, collections, and other assigned jobs are completed properly and on time.- Check completed work and follow up immediately on delays, incomplete tasks, or performance issues.- Monitor attendance, productivity, use of company equipment, and overall team discipline.- Prepare reports on Excel and share them with the Operations Manager.- Take ownership of daily operations and report important issues to management.REQUIREMENTS- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, administration, or staff supervision.- Strong ability to manage people, enforce accountability, and ensure work gets done.- Firm, disciplined, confident, and capable of handling employees effectively.- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.- Good knowledge of inventory control and Microsoft Excel.- Must be willing to take full responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.- UAE experience preferred; UAE driving license is an advantage.We are looking for a person who takes charge, keeps the team productive, maintains control of the warehouse, and does not allow assigned work to remain pending without proper follow-up.Work Location: In person
