About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the company's day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, product safety, operational efficiency, and timely availability of products for branches and different sales channels in accordance with approved policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, transfers, and returns.Organize warehouse storage areas and ensure products are arranged to support accessibility, safety, and efficient inventory handling.Monitor inbound shipments and ensure quantities and specifications match purchase orders and supporting documents.Oversee order preparation for branches, sales channels, and customers, ensuring accurate picking, preparation, and delivery.Manage periodic and cycle inventory counts, analyze variances, and follow up on corrective and reconciliation actions.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Planning, Distribution, and Procurement teams to address shortages or excess inventory.Ensure the implementation of safety and quality standards across warehouse operations and maintain the safety of products and employees.Monitor damaged, slow-moving, and expired products and prepare the required reports and recommendations.Develop and improve warehouse procedures and optimize receiving, storage, picking, and delivery processes.Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of inventory movements and warehouse transactions recorded in the system.Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams to ensure order readiness and alignment with loading and delivery schedules.Monitor warehouse team performance, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards.Analyze the root causes of warehouse errors, including inventory variances, delays, damages, and picking errors, and implement appropriate corrective actions.Coordinate with the Quality team when product inspections or non-conformance handling is required.Prepare periodic reports covering inventory, productivity, stock counts, variances, damaged products, and completed orders.Ensure warehouse operations comply with approved policies, procedures, and authority matrices.Support expansion plans and new branch openings by ensuring inventory and supply readiness.Supervise the warehouse team, evaluate performance, develop team capabilities, and strengthen operational discipline.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Experience5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.Experience in managing warehouse receiving, storage, picking, issuing, transfers, returns, and inventory counting.Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and analyzing inventory variances.Experience working with WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.Required CompetenciesStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, issuing, and inventory counting.Ability to organize warehouse storage areas and improve operational efficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inventory variances and operational issues and implement corrective actions.Ability to use WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems and maintain data accuracy.Strong team leadership and operational management capabilities.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Good understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards.Strong coordination and communication skills with Logistics, Distribution, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and other related departments.LanguagesArabic and English.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Inventory accuracy rate and reduction in inventory variances.Order picking and delivery on-time rate.Reduction rate of damaged and lost inventory within warehouses.Compliance level with warehouse safety and quality procedures.Accuracy rate of inventory movements and warehouse transactions recorded in the system.Warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.Order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization where you will play a key role in strengthening warehouse operations, improving inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient and timely product availability across Reef Group.
