Warehouse Manager

It is considered one of the leading retail companies in the Kingdom.Job Objective:To lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective receipt, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch of products while achieving inventory accuracy, service, productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets.

Responsibilities

Manage receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch operations.Ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and timely order fulfillment.Lead warehouse teams, manpower planning, shift allocation, and performance management.Monitor warehouse KPIs, including productivity, OTIF, picking accuracy, labor utilization, and operating costs.Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, storage, and temperature-control requirements.Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, automation, and effective WMS utilization.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Transport, Buying, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and Store Operations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in retail, grocery, FMCG, or high-volume distribution operations is preferred.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS, and warehouse KPIs.Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.Flexibility to work shifts based on operational requirements.
