Warehouse Officer

1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain administration and automated storage and retrieval systems (ERP).Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP, 5S.Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the manager2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor degree in logistics, Supply chain or, Procurement.A minimum of 1 years’ experience in related field3. PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPENETNICES: Leadership skills and take charge of the warehouse operationsOrganized and systematicMotivating staff and be good with numbersTime management skillsAbility to work in a teamSupervisory and follow-up skills4.Languages Proficiency in ArabicGood in English
